Q: How long does it take to get our photo?

A: Usually about a half-hour to an hour; occassionally, it may take a little longer if there are a large quantity of photos ordered. If you are in a hurry, just ask about our mailing policy.

Q: I have a group of more than 10 people, should we make an appointment?

A: Yes, it is a good idea- this way we can better prepare ourselves to have enough staff on hand.

Q: What about a smaller group (less than 10 people)?

A: No, it is not necessary, as we take walk-ins.

Q: Which exit should I take off I-35?

From either San Antonio or Austin, take Exit 191.

Q: Can we do outdoor shots?

A: How's the weather? Also, it depends on the time of day- lighting does make a difference.

Q: What’s the best thing to do to prepare to take a photo?

A: It’s best to wear jeans and if in doubt about anything, to just call and ask us.

Q: What can we do while we wait?

A: There are wonderful restaurants and shops to look around at while you wait for your photo to be ready.
